Patient Involvement. Requiring medical assistance can be an overwhelming and sometimes frightening experience. The Travel Care medical teams encourage patients to voice their fears and concerns and allow them to assist in appropriate decision making.
Family Involvement. At Travel Care, we understand the importance of being informed. Our communications staff and medical crews continually update patients and family members on transport status, explain all procedures, and are available to answer any questions the patient or family may have.
Medical Direction. Under the control of Travel Care's Medical Director, we are able to draw standards for the safest, reliable, and quickest medical transportation possible.
